Overview

Lead and manage the overall Export Team operations.
Handle and supervise Sea Export, Air Export, and Express shipments.
Coordinate trucking arrangements to ensure timely cargo movement.
Work closely with the Import Team and Customs Team to ensure smooth operational flow.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customers.
Review export documentation, bookings, shipping schedules, and operational performance.
Support the Korean Operations Manager in managing daily operations.
Lead, train, coach, and develop junior export staff.
Resolve operational issues and continuously improve workflow and service quality.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.
