Overview

  • Running smoothly customs clearance, dealing for solving the problem with Customs, MOIT/ Suppliers/ Customers/ Authorities.
  • Following effectively warehouse stock, satisfy the delivery to customers with the ideal logistics cost.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with Customs, MOIT/ Suppliers/ Customers/ Authorities.
  • Handle overall administrative on customs clearance and import/export activities, follow up on duty and tax payment, exemption/ waiver.
  • Monitor and cross-check import-export documentation to ensure information consistency prior to registering the customs declaration
  • Coordinate closely with the service provider (customs broker) and on-site Customs officers to prepare and transmit Customs declarations for goods entering or leaving the bonded warehouse, complete sealing procedures, and supervise the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Liquidity/Debt Incurrence & Clearance Reporting: Maintain tracking records and submit periodic or ad-hoc reports on bonded warehouse inventory movements (receipts, issues, and balances) to the supervising Customs Sub-department in accordance with regulations.
  • Handle warehouse activities: day to day functioning of inbound and outbound logistics activities and requirements of internal working process on daily operations; stock control; periodical stock checking,…
  • Resolve issues that might arise with shipments/ cargo at warehouse/ port / customs / forwarding agents/ customers/ authorities.
  • Back up duty for team member who is absent/ on leave.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to run the Co business smoothly: HR-ADM/ Sales/ Finance/ ... .
  • And other relevant tasks to be assigned by the management from time to time.
