Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff to senior-level positions across functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and define effective hiring strategies
Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels (job platforms, networking, referrals, direct sourcing)
Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Mass Recruitment managing and Team Leadership: 25%
Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4 recruiters to deliver high performance for operator hiring.
Ensure effective execution of high-volume recruitment plans to meet workforce demands
Monitor daily/weekly hiring progress, ensuring timely and quality hires
Optimize recruitment channels and processes to improve speed and efficiency
Employer Branding: 15%
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness in the labor market
Strengthen SAITEX’s employer brand across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Zalo, Facebook, job fairs and universities).
Partnerships with universities, communities, and local stakeholders to build sustainable talent pipelines
Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and engaging content that highlight SAITEX’s sustainable and innovative culture.
