Overview

Responsible for managing all Finishing & Packing operations to achieve production output, productivity, and shipment schedules.
Develop, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Manage and optimize manpower, equipment, and production resources to maximize operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop production teams to strengthen organizational capability.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, production procedures, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production KPIs and implement improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, HR, Merchandising, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Ensure compliance with company rules, occupational safety regulations, and company policies.
