Overview
- Phối hợp điều phối xe, hỗ trợ tài xế ra/vào kho, lấy và giao hàng
- Giám sát đóng hàng, bốc xếp và bàn giao hàng hóa tại nhà máy
- Kiểm tra và xác nhận chứng từ: vận đơn, danh sách hàng, POD, hình ảnh
- Xử lý và báo cáo kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh tại hiện trường
- Cập nhật tiến độ vận hành và phản hồi khách hàng cho nội bộ
- Tuân thủ quy trình, SLA và quy định an toàn
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling and support drivers at site
- Monitor loading, unloading, and cargo handover at factory
- Check and verify documents: AWB, shipment list, POD, photos
- Handle and report on-site issues promptly
- Update operation status and customer feedback to internal teams
- Comply with SOP, SLA, and safety regulations
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng/Đại học (ưu tiên Logistics, Supply Chain)
- Có kinh nghiệm hiện trường/kho/logistics là lợi thế
- Giao tiếp tốt, chủ động, trách nhiệm cao
- Sử dụng được máy tính cơ bản (Excel, Email)
- Có thể làm việc theo ca, chịu được áp lực
- Tiếng Anh/Trung là lợi thế (tùy dự án).
- College/University degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain is a plus)
- Experience in on-site/warehouse/logistics is an advantage
- Good communication, proactive and responsible
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Email)
- Willing to work in shifts and under pressure
- English/Chinese is a plus (project-based)
- Location: BW Dong An 2 Logistics Park - Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
