Overview
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with clients.
- Support the legal team with advisory services, including:
- Setup and maintenance of Representative Offices and Branches of foreign entities.
- Company formation and licensing procedures.
- Coordination with authorities nationwide.
- Providing ad hoc legal advisory to clients with in-depth legal knowledge.
- Utilize and continuously develop skills in company-owned or integrated AI tools to improve work efficiency and service quality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Managers.
