Overview
- Join the RODD & GUNN e-Lodge team as a full-time Customer Service Representative, supporting our online customers globally. This is an office-based role in our Ho Chi Minh City office.
- Our talented customer service agents use their exceptional product knowledge, can do attitude and sales skills to engage and wow our loyal customers and teams at every opportunity via phone, live chat and email. We strive to go the extra mile, consistently delivering the best possible customer experience, whilst sharing the Rodd & Gunn story.
- As our business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility is a must!
- The current planned roster is:
- Sunday & Monday: 10:00 to 19:00
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 09:00 to 18:00
