Overview
- Drive sales performance to reach sales target:
- Plan and implement customer visit plan
- Build and maintain close relationship with customers.
- Probe and understand customer needs and provide solution to meet customer needs
- Co-ordinate customer orders with distributors/ wholesalers
- Prospect and acquire new customer accounts.
- Solve customer complaint and customer concerns
- Investigate competitor information and market information to find out opportunity and risk
- Manage and training to subordinate (if have)
- Do monthly report to ASM
