Overview

  • Monitoring and assisting in the processing of visa, temporary residence permit, and work permit applications, renewals, and management for Japanese employees working at the company.
  • Managing procedures related to social insurance and other company insurance.
  • Handling legal and administrative issues related to the General Affairs Department's operations, including reporting, compliance, and coordination with government agencies.
  • Managing and supporting expenses related to Japanese employees working at the company.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process (job posting, interview coordination, and recruitment support).
  • Managing employment contracts and contract termination procedures.
  • Managing compensation and benefits activities, including salary payments, annual performance reviews, bonuses, and updating company's internal laws and regulations.
  • Handling labor relations issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Support to Assistant management and supervising human resources and labor-related activities.
  • Necessary Skill / Experience
  • Education: Graduated from University major in Human resource, Law or related major
  • Language: English or Japanese at Intermediate Level.
  • Experience/knowledge: From 5 years as HR/GA in manufacturing companies
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws related to contract, insurance, PIT....
  • Prefer having leading skills/management skills
