Overview

Working Location: Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Support the site safety activity, follow the site situation and the safety manager's requirements, or the PM.
Manage safety activities of subcontractors on site, such as morning meetings and safety inductions, to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential dangers in the workplace.
Join daily construction meetings with the construction team and give instructions to improve safety, if any.
Complete the daily site patrol, weekly, and monthly reports.
Carry out daily, weekly, or monthly safety inspections of all equipment or machines on site to ensure work safety.
Provide training sessions to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment.
Instruct and arrange the safety team of subcontractors for site control.
Carry out incident and accident investigation and reporting to the SHE manager and PM on time.
Report the site safety condition to the SHE manager and PM as required.
Education: Graduated from the University with a degree in a related field
Language: English - Pre-Intermediate

Good skills in using Office, especially Excel
Multitasking & high flexibility.
Skilled at Presentation & problem-solving
Positive thinking & self-motivation
Standard communication and good in documentation of English
