Overview
- Collaborate with the US team to deliver projects from concept to production.
- Tooling follows up from CAD drawing to supplier, review Tools drawing, tracking tools production timeline, injection parts approval.
- Modify and or add details to 3D files when necessary and appropriate.
- Fabricate prototypes with suppliers and arrange samples per US request.
- Track first PO timeline, Pilot run checking at factory and collecting golden sample.
- Review packing before mass production.
- Conduct daily on-site inspections of suppliers/vendors' factories in Binh Duong and other relevant locations, in coordination with the Vietnam team, to monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
