Overview
- Perform manual testing for mobile app, web and portal
- Identify, report, track, and verify defects until resolution.
- Work closely with Developers, PM, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Maintain testing documentation, including test cases and test reports.
- Professional Expertise (Hard Skills & Experience):
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a Manual QA role
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies
- Strong experience in bug tracking and reporting
- Strong experience in creating, maintaining test artifacts (test plan, test cases, test scenarios, test report...)
- Hands-on experience in executing functional, regression, smoke, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Some familiarity with mobile automation testing tool (preferably Maestro)
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and Git workflows
- Basic understanding of YAML and JSON files.
- Communication & Documentation:
- Must have strong read/write/speaking English.
- Personality & Behavioral Traits:
- Detail oriented, proactive, collaborative
- Passionate about digital transformation and customer experience.
