Overview

Shipment Inspection & Quality Documentation
Plan and coordinate product inspections for each shipment from the factory.
Work directly with customer inspectors and third-party inspection agencies during inspections.
Ensure all products meet required quality standards before shipment.
Prepare and manage quality documentation, including:
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Certificate of Compliance (COC)
Guarantee letter (GL)
Packing List and other related documents
Communicate inspection results and documentation to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality reports.
Raw Material Quality Improvement
Monitor and collect data on defective or non-conforming raw materials.
Compile defect reports and analyze trends in material quality issues.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to report issues to suppliers.
Provide feedback and follow up with suppliers to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance raw material quality.
