Overview

  • Project Management & Execution: Lead the complete technical and logistical planning for the factory relocation, creating detailed timelines, resource schedules, and milestone tracking.
  • Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the mechanical installation, leveling, and commissioning of heavy machinery, ensuring precise alignment and integration with factory utilities (cooling water, compressed air, power).
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate internal maintenance technicians, external contractors, and international supplier service engineers on the construction site.
  • Budget & Resource Control: Monitor project costs, manage technical documentation, and ensure that all necessary tools, lifting equipment, and spare parts are available on site.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines during dismantling, heavy lifting, transport, and re-assembly.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Project & Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing machine installation projects, factory relocation, or large-scale industrial projects; experience in plastics processing, blown film extrusion, or bag-making machinery is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, utility integration, and industrial plant layouts.
  • Leadership & Project Management Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage projects effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Communication & Language Skills: Business-fluent English communication skills; Vietnamese language proficiency is an advantage.
