Overview

Make sure machine running and operators have work to do by working with planner, manager, and checking, following up closely production plan, production outputs and other activities on floor.
Do receiving, shipping, issuing and other warehouse activities.
Make sure machines function right and produce good quality products, and operators run machines safely and efficiently, processes running smoothly at cost effectiveness and very less customer complaints.
Deploy production plans with operators daily, weekly, monthly
Follow up plan, production outputs, and record any problems regarding to plan’s achievement
Responsible for keeping machine, operators enough work to do and WIP at controlled level.
Responsible to achieve production plans
Receive feedback and have action plans to improve quality, efficiency, production output, product costings.
Responsible for warehouse activities: receiving, shipping, issuing materials and finished goods.
Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries.
