Overview

Follow up the overdue outstanding, co-ordinate with sales Dept. to push customer settle payment
Contact customers via e-mail/phone call/fax asking payment on due date
Prepare documents to send to customers for debt collection (prepare docs, print, scan and send to customers)
Daily clear AR accounts
Ensure all accounting entries of AR timely recorded in system.
Reconcile accounts receivable transaction
Make weekly AR aging report/Sales report
Make monthly output VAT report
Closing account receivable module
Generate month-end customers SOAs
Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
