  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, university partnerships, and internship programs to strengthen the Company's employer brand.
  • Prepare job descriptions, recruitment materials, and other hiring-related communications.
  • Employee Engagement & HR Support
  • Organize onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management, learning & development, and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.
  • Administration
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment for employees.
  • Support the organization of company events and other administrative activities.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Human Resource & Administration Manager
