Overview

Collaborate with Project Managers and development teams to gather requirements and define UI/UX strategies.
Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Conduct UX research and translate user needs into effective design solutions.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and overall product experience.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of:• User Experience (UX) Design
User Interface (UI) Design
Information Architecture
Interaction Design
Design Thinking Process
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience building or maintaining Design Systems, UI Guidelines, and Component Libraries is highly preferred.
Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile environments.

Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance design workflows and productivity.
Experience in enterprise software, ERP, MES, Smart Factory, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
