Overview

Track, analyze, and interpret business performance to support business improvement and operational effectiveness.
Support target setting and KPI allocation for stores and business units.
Provide simulation and scenario analysis to support management decision-making.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with analysis of changes versus budget, last year, and previous periods, including business-driven comments and recommendations.
Provide sales targets and other KPIs for stores using appropriate methodologies and analysis.
Develop and manage data sets in a flexible and user-friendly format to support reporting and business analysis.
Participate in new store selection processes by simulating FS models and supporting approval workflows within the system.
Collaborate closely with the BI team to develop dashboards and reduce manual reporting processes while ensuring data availability and accuracy.
Ensure analytical tools and reporting systems are available and functioning effectively for reporting and analysis purposes.
Coordinate performance and financial updates distributed to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely data analysis is provided whenever required.
Support the line manager in coordinating with other departments to ensure effective implementation of action plans related to retail operations.
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor’s Degree.
Major in Economics, Pharmaceutical, or related fields.
Intermediate level of English proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
1-2 years of experience in the same position; Experienced in retail industry are preferred.
1–2 years of reporting experience.
Experience in Business Analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective solutions.
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
