Overview
- Calculating demand, generating purchase orders, following up on vendor deliveries, and optimizing inventory for stores and the distribution center (DC).
- Plan and execute purchasing activities, ensuring timely vendor deliveries.
- Monitor and track order progress to maintain supply continuity.
- Allocate inventory based on pharmacy demand and validate forecasts from the Relex system.
- Analyze product performance in line with market trends and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure target fill rate and continuously optimize inventory levels for stores and the distribution center (DC).
- Prepare and maintain operational and performance reports.
Requirements
- College graduate in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics.
- 1-year (or more) experience working in purchasing field.
- MS office (basic excel skills, word, PowerPoint).
- Carefully, Negotiate skills, Communication skills.
