Overview

To accurately define technical specification requirements with appropriate departments then seek out potential suppliers to meet those requirements on specification, quality, delivery.
Provide daily sales support operationally such as handling and following up on customer enquiries, quotation, order processing, delivery, invoicing and handling custom documents.
Prepare tenders and follow-up on Technical Bidding Clarification and Technical & Commercial Evaluation.
Develop new sales opportunities, pursue sales leads and addresses the needs of larger customers.
Expedite all goods to ensure goods arrive on time.
Highlighting problems if there is a delay.
Liaise with suppliers and pushing on delivery information.
Dealing with technical queries from customer/suppliers and solving problem.
