Overview

  • Quản lý đối tác: Giám sát các hoạt động trưng bày tại các điểm bán thuộc kênh tiêu dùng tại chỗ, đảm bảo sự hiện diện và tuân thủ của thương hiệu.
  • Xây dựng & duy trì mối quan hệ: Phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với các điểm bán thuộc phân khúc cao cấp và phổ thông nhằm nâng cao vị thế thương hiệu.
  • Mở rộng & phân phối: Chủ động tìm kiếm và mở rộng các điểm bán mới để gia tăng độ phủ sản phẩm.
  • Quản lý tồn kho: Đảm bảo sản phẩm được trưng bày đầy đủ, bổ sung kịp thời và luân chuyển đúng cách.
  • Triển khai chương trình khuyến mãi: Phối hợp với đội ngũ bán hàng để thực hiện các chiến dịch tiếp thị và trưng bày khuyến mãi.
  • Báo cáo & phối hợp: Duy trì thông tin dữ liệu chính xác và truyền tải thông tin chuyên sâu với CDP hoặc giám sát khu vực.

  • Account Management: Oversee merchandising activities across on-premise accounts, ensuring brand visibility and compliance.
  • Relationship & Presence Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and mainstream accounts to enhance brand positioning.
  • Expansion & Distribution: Actively seek and open new potential accounts to grow numeric distribution.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Ensure proper stocking, replenishment, and rotation of products.
  • Promotional Execution: Implement marketing campaigns and promotional displays in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records and communicate insights to the CDP or regional supervisor.
