Overview

Be responsible for data analysis for production parameters, reject, scrap rate of FG and SFG, and draw up the trend. When data or trend abnormal, inform with relative function and meanwhile report to Quality Manager.
Responsible for analyzing customer complaints and share report timely
Responsible for analyzing durability test and uploading report on share point
Based on the statistical result, provide some proposal to relative function supervisors, and follow up the corrective action and preventive action.
Be responsible for assisting new product development (new process and new equipment) in terms of analysis result.
Be responsible for supporting relative supervisor to improve the current inspection method and inspection frequency in terms of analysis result.
Be familiar with SPC, Power BI and Minitab
Be responsible for following other assigned specific projects upon request
