Overview

P&L & Trade Spend Management
Monitor channel P&L, net revenue, pricing, promotions, rebates, and profitability drivers.
Validate and track trade spend, sales incentives, freight costs, CDA, TOT, and promotional investments.
Evaluate promotion ROI and investment effectiveness, recommending actions to improve profitability.
Financial Control & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/VAS), and tax regulations.
Review trade activities, conduct audits, validate FOC requests, and approve promotion/pricing setups in SAP.
Support internal/external audits, GCS reviews, and risk-control activities.
Business Partnering
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other functions to support commercial decisions.
Provide financial analysis, pricing evaluations, business case assessments, and scenario planning.
Present insights and recommendations to management and senior leadership.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly P&L, revenue, profitability, variance, and cost analysis reports.
Analyze performance by region, channel, customer, and brand.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc commercial analyses.
Data & Automation
Manage sales data integrity and reporting tools.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and models using Excel, SAP, Power Query, and Power BI.
Support automation initiatives and system transformation projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
