Overview
- L&D business partner
- Collaborating with stakeholders/BU to identify current and future training needs and skill gaps.
- Provide advice/guideline on 70-20-10 development model & related policies and procedures
- Support stakeholders/BU to implement and organize functional/technical training (if any)
- LMS Administrator: Be responsible for user management, Content management, course assignment… over HRIS/LMS
- Data analysis and reporting: Collecting and analyzing data on training effectiveness and program costs, and reporting insights to management for future improvement.
