Overview

Working Location: Panasonic Washing Machine Factory -Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen.
Working Time: Shift 1 (6:00 ~ 14:00) & Shift 2 (14:00 ~ 22:00), rotate weekly.
In charge of all incoming part inspection.
Analysis quality defect, reliability defect and make defective part confirmation.
Inform to suppliers and related departments about quality issues of incoming parts.
Report, make analysis and give countermeasure for incoming part quality issue.
Control part design change and 4M change in supplier.
Update inspection guidelines, IQC working guidelines and contact with suppliers.
Control limit sample and drawings of inspection standards.
