Plan Pressing, printing, and component production schedules for each department.
Monitor daily production progress and revise plans when necessary.
Coordinate manpower and shift schedules efficiently.
Monitor Press, lazzer, MR progress, quality, and output.
Plan materials and molds based on production needs.
Control inventory and adjust plans as required.
Propose automation improvements.
Prepare related reports and KPI metrics.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
