Overview

Provide service solutions including commissioning, inspection, maintenance, spare parts repair, refurbishment, upgrades and hook replacement.
Cung cấp dịch vụ chạy thử, kiểm tra, bảo trì, sửa chữa phụ tùng, tân trang, nâng cấp và thay móc.
Be familiar with local shipyards and port procedures.
Hiểu rõ quy trình làm việc tại các cảng và nhà máy đóng tàu địa phương.
Work in accordance with company Strategy, Quality Manual, HSE policy and applicable regulations.

Prepare service reports, claims, overtime and overseas allowance documentation.
Lập báo cáo dịch vụ, hồ sơ claim, tăng ca và công tác phí nước ngoài.
Report customer feedback to the Service Coordinator and Manager.
Báo cáo phản hồi của khách hàng cho Điều phối viên và Quản lý Dịch vụ.
Attend technical training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Tham gia đào tạo và liên tục cập nhật kiến thức kỹ thuật.
Maintain valid certificates required for service work.
Đảm bảo các chứng chỉ phục vụ công việc luôn còn hiệu lực.
