Overview

Develop and manage 3D structural BIM models (Revit-based) from concept design through construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Generate structural drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models while maintaining model accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
Coordinate with Architecture and MEP disciplines; perform clash detection and technical resolution using Navisworks or equivalent BIM tools.
Ensure consistent application of BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and documentation protocols across all assigned projects.
