Overview

We are looking for adventure consultants who have a passion for adventure tourism to provide the best experiences for our guests. The details of the position are below.
Actively promote and sell adventure tours to individual and group customers.
Generate leads through personal networks, referrals and social media channels ( instagram, facebook,tiktok…)
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Create engaging content (posts, stories, short videos) to attract and convert leads
Providing information and advice on the tours, destinations, activities, accommodations, and safety measures offered by Oxalis Adventure.
Understanding the needs and preferences of the customers and recommending suitable tours or customizing tours according to their requests.
Coordinating with other departments such as operations, marketing, and accounting to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Updating and maintaining customer records and databases.
Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Keeping up to date with the travel trends and developments in the adventure tourism industry.
