Overview

  • Brand Strategy & Market Analysis
  • Coordinate and help build both short-term and long-term brand plans aligned with brand’s strategy.
  • Conduct consumer and market research, competitor and trend analyses to provide insight-based recommendations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touch points: packaging, POSM, digital media, retail, all channels.
  • Campaign & Marketing Execution
  • Plan and support implementation of integrated 360° campaigns (ATL/BTL/PR/Digital).
  • Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and suggest optimizations.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing to activate campaigns at point-of-sale.
  • Product Management:
  • Continuously monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, complaints.
  • Assist the brand team in the NPD process from concept to launch, coordinating with R&D, packaging, designers, operations.
  • Monitor product lifecycle: new launches, reorders, product updates, quality checks.
  • Trade Marketing & Field Activities
  • Work with trade and sales teams on consumer promotions, sampling, retail activations.
  • Monitor in-market promotional materials and competitor activities. Conduct market visits regularly to collect field insights.
  • Budget & Vendor Management
  • Track expenditure and ensure budget compliance.
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, external event teams to ensure materials and campaigns are delivered on time and within specs.
  • Reporting & Brand Health Monitoring
  • Prepare regular reports on brand and campaign performance: brand health, market share, sales, ROI.
  • Support the Brand Manager with data-driven insights and prepare presentations for internal/ regional stakeholders.
