Overview

Monthly Closing (MFC/COGS) and Improvement:
Handle the monthly closing process for Manufacturing Cost (MFC) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Propose and implement improvements to optimize the MFC and COGS calculations and reporting processes.
Review and analyze variances, identify root causes, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Inventory Transactions Management:
Check and approve all transactions related to inventory, including internal movements, internal using, and purchasing of goods.
Ensure proper recording of potato seed inventory transactions (in-out stock) and monitor potato system operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory and material transactions.
Monthly and quarterly reporting
MFC Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs, identify trends, and track cost drivers.
Material Aging Analysis (LCI): Monitor and analyze material aging, ensuring proper management of inventory and stock levels.
VAS Inventory Ending Balance: Prepare and review the ending balances of value-added services (VAS) inventory to ensure accurate reporting.
MFG Package: Provide a comprehensive manufacturing cost package for review, highlighting significant changes or variances, ....
Providing additional cost-related analyses or reports as requested by management.
Plan and conduct inventory physical counting periodically
