Overview
- Handle complete import operational procedures for Air, FCL, and LCL shipments from pre-alert reception to D/O issuance and cargo delivery.
- Communicate daily with overseas offices/agents and carriers to track shipment schedules and update status to clients.
- Check rates, negotiate local costs, and prepare accurate Door-to-Door (D2D) quotations for free-hand/ nominated inbound inquiries.
- Coordinate with customs clearance teams and trucking vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Issue Debit/Credit Notes, double-check agent invoices, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Proactively handle operational issues, claim processes, and minimize Demurrage/Detention risks.
