Overview

Drive new customer acquisition, conduct regular client visits, and consistently achieve revenue targets while maintaining existing accounts.
Handle freehand/nomination shipments from sales or overseas agents, propose suitable sailing schedules, and accurately input booking data into internal systems.
Proactively update clients on shipment status, resolve operational issues with carriers and internal teams, and manage delays or exceptions.
Submit weekly sales pipelines, report progress to management, and complete assigned projects on time.
