Overview

  • Lead research on US consumers, category dynamics, competitors, channels, pricing, promotions, search behavior, reviews, social trends, and emerging demand signals.
  • Develop actionable consumer segments, personas, jobs-to-be-done, purchase journeys, and category opportunity maps.
  • Build and maintain reusable US category playbooks, benchmarks, and market-intelligence resources for priority verticals.
  • Assess category attractiveness and product–market fit, including differentiation, claims, packaging, price architecture, regulatory considerations, and channel suitability.
  • Define target consumers, positioning, value proposition, product priorities, launch assumptions, and measurable growth hypotheses for each client.
  • Recommend localization requirements for product, packaging, content, communication, promotion, and customer experience.
  • Develop integrated growth plans covering affiliate recruitment, creator seeding, user-generated content, paid media, marketplace activation, and promotional calendars.
  • Design test-and-learn roadmaps with clear hypotheses, success metrics, budgets, and scale/stop/iterate decision rules.
  • Analyze performance across conversion, customer-acquisition cost, media efficiency, affiliate productivity, and contribution economics; convert findings into actions.
  • Serve as the voice of the US consumer in client proposals, launch decisions, business reviews, and portfolio investment discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Account Management, Platform Partnership, Operations, creative partners, and external US-based consultants.
  • Present concise, commercially grounded recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
