Overview

  • Kết hợp với Kế hoạch/ R&D và bộ phận sản xuất để kiểm soát và đảm bảo kế hoạch giao hàng đơn hàng mẫu và hàng lớn:
  • Hàng ngày/ hàng tuần/ hàng tháng kiểm tra đối chiếu và theo dõi sản lượng sản xuất làm ra để đảm bảo đủ số lượng và kịp thời gian giao hàng.
  • Theo dõi và kiểm tra lượng hàng tồn kho
  • Theo dõi và báo cáo tình hình khuôn
  • Phát hành phiếu xuất hàng trên hệ thống SAP.
  • Cordinate with Planner/ R&D and Production Team to monitor and ensure sample and mass production order delivery schedule:
  • Daily/ weekly/ Monthly crosscheck and follow up with Planner production capacity and output to ensure enough quantity supply for shiment and arrange shipment on time.
  • Follow up and checking inventory level.
  • Folow up and report about mold status.
  • Issue delivery note on SAP
  • Là người phụ trách khách hàng chính, trực tiếp liên lạc với khách hàng để theo dõi kế hoạch giao hàng.
  • To be key account directly communicate with customer to follow up delivery plan.
  • Hỗ trợ theo dõi thanh toán từ khách hàng.
  • Support to follow up payment from customer.
  • Lập báo cáo dữ liệu về nguyên vật liệu và thôn tin đơn hàng theo tuần, tháng, năm…
  • Report order and material status by weekly, monthly, yearly...
  • Bằng Cao Đẳng/ Đại Học các ngành nghề liên quan; tiếng Trung tốt (Nghe/ Nói/ Đọc/ Viết).
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in related field; Good Chinese (Listening/ Speaking/ Reading/ Writing ).
  • Có kiến thức về mảng chăm sóc khách hàng, ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương.
  • Knowledge about customer service, at least 1 years in customer service posistion.
  • Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về lĩnh vực kinh doanh/ xuất nhập khẩu, ít nhất 1 năm.
  • Knowledge and experience about Sales, at least 1 year
