- Design creative and well-planned Vietnam tour itineraries
- Prepare accurate tour costings and quotations
- Recommend suitable hotels, activities, experiences, guides and transportation
- Communicate and negotiate with hotels and local suppliers
- Handle tailor-made and private tour requests
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams
- Maintain strong destination and product knowledge
- Support the development of new Vietnam travel products and experiences
