Overview
- Define and maintain the testing strategy (functional, automated, exploratory, regression).
- Identify quality risks linked to AI agents, data and externals integrations.
- Design and maintain automated test suites (API, backend, frontend).
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to prevent regressions before production.
- Test new features in close collaboration with product and development teams.
- Challenge specifications and identify borderline case (edge cases, unexpected behaviors of AI agents).
- Verify consistency, reliability, and traceability of the data handled.
- Test AI workflows: prompts, model outputs, agents chaining, error handling.
- Work closely with developers to improve code testability.
- Promote a “shift-left” quality mindset from the design phase.
- 5 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering (ideally in a SaaS environment or a rapidly evolving tech product).
- Automation Testing: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent
- API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, pytest, or similar tools.
- Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
- Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, test pyramid, shift-left testing.
- You don’t just "test"—you improve the product.
- A bug found in production is a bug that could have been prevented.
- You automate whenever it adds value, and know when manual testing is more effective.
- Experience with products integrating AI or LLMs.
- UX / Product sensibility.
- Knowledge of testing issues related to data or distributed systems.
