Overview
- 1/ Client Management & Business Development:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both international and local key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Present product/service offerings to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- 2/ Sales Strategy Development:
- Support Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territories.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies based on market research and analysis.
- 3/ Project Management:
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
- Understand project timelines and planning. Ensure proper project coordination and timely delivery of solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- 4/ Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Merchandise to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address client needs effectively.
