Overview
- Lead Sales Force Excellence (SFE) framework (pipeline, funnel, conversion)
- Drive sales strategy alignment (vertical focus, segmentation, account planning)
- Own AM&P policy, governance and tracking effectiveness
- Build commercial capabilities (tools, process, training)
- Support CMT in strategic sales planning & performance review
- Commercial Policy build-up and governance for sales excellence.
- Pipeline visibility & forecasting accuracy across segments
- Standardize sales process, tools and KPIs
- Implement incentive frameworks aligned to business goals
- Monitor sales productivity & identify improvement actions
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance for execution
