Overview
- Manage the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) department.
- Control product quality throughout the production process.
- Manage production records, including production quantity, scrap rate, machine parameters, and other relevant data.
- Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
- Create and optimize programs for SMT machines.
- Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance of SMT machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SMT-related issues.
- Create programs and operating instructions for AOI and ICT machines.
- Provide technical support to the production workshop.
Requirements
- Graduation from a vocational or college program specializing in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Ability to operate production machinery (SMT).
- Meticulous, hardworking, and highly responsible.
