Overview

The Production staff will be in charge of all the production activities including and not limited of following up production planning, checking and following up the production progress.
Ensuring the production achievement and production quality and report to Manager about bottle neck issues which may affect production plan and shipping plan.
Making resource plan including training plan based on budget plan.
Preparing and ensuring 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for production activities.
Ensuring 5S and safety at workplace.
Assessing risks and taking action to prevent risks at workplace.
Investigating & finding RCCA (root cause, corrective action) of problems and take corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.
Proposing improvements and implementing improvements which reduce cost, enhance product quality and work performance.
Other tasks as required from Direct Manager and Deputy Manager.
