Overview

Proactively work with the fellow merchandising team, customers, vendors / factories and cross functional teams to ensure products are of high quality
Sustain good relationship with both internal and external parties in order to achieve overall development/production schedule and on-time delivery
Monitor and supervise order follow up with subordinates, resolve production issues, ensure on time delivery and quality that meet the requirements
Work on cost planning analysis to achieve the right costing that meet with the customer’s expectations
Work on risk assessment through production process
Provide on-the-job training and coaching for subordinates on product knowledge upgrade, merchandising skills and overall effectiveness
