Overview

University Partnership Development
Build and nurture strong partnerships with universities, career centers, and student clubs.
Initiate and coordinate joint activities like career fairs, talkshows/workshops, and campus roadshows.
Manage collaboration proposals, partner engagement, and reporting.
Community Engagement & Activation
Engage with Gen Z communities (youth networks, clubs, interest groups) to drive awareness and adoption.
Develop and manage community programs (e.g., brand ambassador, peer-to-peer sharing).
Monitor and maintain strong relationships with core community stakeholders.
Strategic Partnership Marketing
Identify and build co-branded campaigns with youth-oriented partners (Brands, NGOs, CSR).
Drive mutual visibility and engagement through creative collaboration.
Monitor partnership performance, value exchange, and reporting.
Event Planning & Execution
Lead the planning and managing brand events: University, community and partnership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales – Product) and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Track event performance and gather insights to optimize future initiatives.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
Strong collaboration skills to work across departments, partners.
Ability to negotiate contracts and partnerships effectively.
Retain the media relations to increase the brand awareness of these activities.
