Requirements
- ● 6+ years of experience in software testing / quality engineering
- ● 3+ years leading QA teams or acting as QA Lead
- ● Strong hands-on experience with:
- ○ Test automation
- ○ Designing test matrices across multiple OS versions, hardware
- configurations, and storage targets
- ○ Regression strategy
- ● Experience reviewing requirements and identifying testing risks early
- ● Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- ● Experience mentoring junior and mid-level QA engineers
- ● Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
- ● Good communication skills in English
- ● Hands-on testing experience with backup/recovery products
- ● Experience with cloud platforms, backup/storage products, virtualization, or
- infrastructure-related software
- ● Experience improving release quality and reducing defect leakage
- ● Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to improve
- QA workflows
- ● Experience building automation frameworks or improving testing architecture
