Overview

Directly participate in projects as a project development team member.
Communicate with Japanese clients in regular or ad-hoc meetings.
Gather and analyze customer requirements, ensuring accurate and complete transmission to the development team.
Understand technical requirements from the development team and clearly explain them to the customer.
Perform other business-related tasks as required.
Have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1.
Have experience working in the IT field.
Have experience working in an office environment of a Japanese company, either in Japan or overseas.
Possess strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to solve problems quickly, with a high sense of responsibility.
Have a good understanding of Japanese culture and working style to help the development team maintain strong and positive relationships with clients.
Have experience in the software IT environment, with skills in Business Analyst, Testing, or Project Management (understanding project lifecycle and IT terminologies).
