Overview

Design and develop electrical control systems, PLC programs, robot applications, and automation solutions for new manufacturing equipment
Drive machine development from concept to production, including device selection, system design, and collaboration with suppliers
Lead machine build, debugging, trial runs, and mass production readiness to ensure stable and efficient operations
Troubleshoot automation equipment issues and implement effective solutions during trial and pre-production phases
Improve machine performance, productivity, and cost efficiency through continuous engineering optimization
Create and maintain technical documentation including wiring diagrams, operation instructions, BOMs, and I/O mapping
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Process Engineering) to enhance system capability and reliability
Research and apply new automation technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage in manufacturing
