Overview

Define department strategy, key focus, KPIs and goals. Plan, organize, execute and review to achieve the goals.
Responsible for assembly operation as assembly, maintenance, quality, SAP/ITS system, administration, ISOs, EMS, TS16949, CSR, RBA compliance to meet production plan, customer requirements and standards.
Define department policy, procedure, processes and instructions for assembly operation to use effectiveness of resources and improve overall machines/lines effectiveness.
Responsible for production trial, transfer and new product development under department scope (RRE).
Participate and execute operational excellence as zero defects, innovation, production cost saving plans and activities.
Recruit, RRE setting and review, training and coaching subordinates, people relation and performance assessment.
Responsible for financial related department operation.
Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
Be accountable for compliance with rules, procedures, and requirements related to:
a. 5S & Kaizen
b. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Company asset protection
Understand, support, and contribute to Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management Systems by following established policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
