Overview
- Lead, coach, and develop the IT infrastructure and support team
- Oversee daily IT infrastructure, operations, and Level 1 service desk activities
- Ensure stable and secure operation of networks, servers, databases, applications and end-user systems
- Manage backup, recovery, and contingency arrangements for critical systems
- Control IT assets, software licenses, and equipment inventory
- Support IT purchasing, vendor coordination, and service follow-up
- Maintain operational documentation, change records, and control evidence
- Work closely with internal IT teams, business teams, other branches and Head Office/regional stakeholders
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and operational governance
- Drive service quality improvement and team performance
