Overview
- Provide technical support to customer in Viet Nam
- Location at Mitsubishi Electric Viet Nam – HCM Office
- Manage customer’s claims/investigations related to the product understanding and service/product satisfaction
- Monitor customer feedback for improvement of our product.
- Analyze reports, and monitor/develop new areas for improvement of our service.
- Provide training for customers of our FA products.
- Consult the best products and systems for customer’s specific application requirement.
- Timely report to Management on resources and quality issues.
